Work Immersion Experience: From 1st Week of Work Immersion to 4th Week

     Work Immersion is one of the keys to overpower uncertainties and create a new journey to recognize the true potential of every learner. The Bangkulasi Senior High School Faculty presented the Work Immersion options; the Model C and the Model D.       For the first week of Model D, the Work Immersion Adviser, Mrs. Maria Cristina Meduranda, disseminates the Case Study of every learner that chooses Model D as their Work Immersion activity. The learners are given an option from one (1) to nine (9) to pick a mystery Case Study for their Work Immersion. For the first week, the students first analyze their case. Analyzing is a practice to narrow down specific details. Every bit of information in the Case Study is essential that may help an individual to make amend with the possible courses of action to take to the encountered problem.       For the second week of Model D, the learners who chose this option may follow the required format and details provided by the Work Immersion Adviser.

Work Immersion: Exquisite Journey

The Bangkulasi Senior High School initiated the Work Immersion proper to the Grade 12 students in order to apply the learnings and knowledge they gain in the Senior High School part. As the students are able to choose the appropriate model for them, the Model D of Grade 12 section Assertive shares their insights into the journey they experience when executing their Case Study.  According to Ms. Lara Nicole De Paz, a student leader from Bangkulasi Senior High School stated, "Model D, Case Study, made me realize that there are problems demanded to have an answer. Work Immersion: What is a Case Study?

 As the Bangkulasi Senior High School establish the Work Immersion proper, the Model D participants formulate their respective Case Study. A case study is an investigative context. It deals with a Case that needs to have a concrete and concise recommendation that has enough evidence.  According to PressAcademia (2018), a case study is an analysis of companies decision. The policies, laws, or other important systems that are formulated by different methods are the main reason why case analysis is needed.  For the Case Study analysis of the Bangkulasi Senior High School students, their task is to determine the problem and the concrete solution for the case study they have. There is certain information that is included in their Case Study. Those are the Executive Summary, Introduction or Background of the Case Study, SWOT Analysis, Alternative Courses of Action, Recommendation, and References or Bibliography.  The Executive Summary is the information of the Case Study. Work Immersion: A step towards learning

     The Bangkulasi Senior High School initiates and implements programs in line with Work Immersion activities. Those activities are the guidance and pathway towards gaining knowledge and applying it throughout their designated Work Immersion Model. The School Principal, Mr. Carlos M. Oro, and the School Assistant Principal, Mrs. Judith Gutierrez, support the initiative for the welfare of the students. Along the School Heads, the Work Immersion Advisers, Mrs. Maria Cristina Meduranda, Ms. Lilibeth Bautista, and Mr. Jomie Bathan, take every activity as an opportunity to create a safe and healthy boundary for the students.  Work Immersion for the Grade 12 students of Bangkulasi Senior High School started on April 26, 2021.
